Calm days the kids like to head out for a paddle. Lowe is content to just kind of explore close to home and make up games in his head, while Ouest is wanting to go further afield. Both kids amaze me with their abilities on the water. They are so far above and beyond me at that age, and probably even now, if I’m being honest. There’s something really cool about seeing them so at home on the water.
Went down to the Tortugranja to see some turtles being bred to be released into the wild when they are big enough to have a good shot at survival. There wasn’t much to learn there, but it’s always nice to see the turtles up close and learn to appreciate how awesome they are, and how the choices we make regarding plastics affects them.
This was just sitting out on the road next to nothing. Papa and the angry eyebrow baby.

We love being in a anchorage on a calm day and the paddleboarders come out. It is a great way to make new friends.
