The Mississippi Avenue Street Fair, in Portland, is one of our favorites. It’s always an eclectic group of people and food, and somehow it always seems to fall on the nicest weather day of the year.
“Oh, Mexico…It sounds so sweet with the sun sinking low…”
Getting him ready for the next road trip. No, actually just seeing if he could push the car back into the shade for us.

Glad you are enjoying Portland! We just got back into town from a two week road trip in our Westy. Back in time for the heat wave! 🙂
We are making the most of our summer out here – so much to see/do. Need to get out to the coast though!
I love every pic in this group. You captured the essence of the Pacific Northwest.
Thanks, Kevin. The PNW makes it pretty easy on us.
Where is the “Rest of The Story ” about why you were removing your 356 engine and were sort of ‘hinting’ you needed advice. ? Installing new clutch ?

I LOVE the photo of the girl painting Ouest’s face. Her tattoos are beautiful. And how stoked is Ouest about that rainbow?
Yes, very nice girls doing the face painting for tips only.
Duplicating the design of the top on the face is unique.
Look closely and you’ll notice the dress with the rainbows was bought after the face was painted. 🙂
