This afternoon we went in to Loreto to make another grocery store run before what we hope will actually be us leaving Puerto Escondido. Going to town is nothing to be taken lightly here with the five-hundred peso taxi trip. About the only thing of note from our trip today was another fish taco that made my toe’s curl. Taco El Rey. Oh so good. This area is known for their flour tortillas and oh man what a world of difference a proper tortilla makes. Right now I’m sad that I won’t be able to go back there. Oh if only they’d built this idiotic marina somewhere where it was needed, like in Loreto.
Ouest is on antibiotics and is looking much better already. When we leave here we’re not going far for a couple of days while we make sure she is good and that Lowe doesn’t get what she has.
