Spent the last few days computer-less again. Spent way too many hours in the past few months trying to resolve computer issues that would probably have taken an Apple employee an hour with the computer in their hands. And since we’re in port, we have decent wifi, and it’s earnings season, I’ve been trying my best to find opportunities to take advantage of, and man oh man have there been opportunities in the market this week. Weeks like this make me realize just what a charmed life I lead. They also lead me to question myself a little and wonder if maybe I shouldn’t be applying myself on a bit more regular basis. But then I think, “Why? For what benefit? To what end?” This is what my friend and I call the Slacker Life. We make what we need and do what we want. Who needs more than that?
