A new family photo book. We love these things. We have stacks of them on the boat and still have periods we need to fill in. It’s a fun way to relive memories with the kids.
Chavo not feeling so hot, though he might have been faking since he was supposed to go in and get neutered this day. Instead, he would go spend a few days bunking up with new dog rescue friends before surgery.
Time to try out the new helicopter. I crashed it hard on day one, but Lowe eventually got the hang of it.
The kids had fun showing Grandma around town. For a few days Ali and her mom would wander around town together in the mornings while the kids were at Spanish class. We’d give her a few minutes rest at lunch, then the kids would lead the way in the afternoons. Antigua is a great place to visit with so much to see in such a small place.

Ouest sure does look like her mama mama!!!
Thank you, Jacquie. Lucky girl she is. 😉
I think we had breakfast together this morning at the Days Inn in Guat City, 29/08/19????
No, not us. We are out at San Pedro La Laguna.
Pat & Ali, after all these years of following you all. I am still amazed at how much documenting you are doing for your family and friends (and yourselves for when you get old and forgetful). I enjoy having someone to live thru vicariously. Love the adventures; keep going. The Chavo thread intrigues me for some odd reason.
Thanks again,
Just another bum-wannabe
Thanks, Harry. The older I get the more I appreciate having Bumfuzzle to use as reference material. “Where did we go? When was that? Were you born yet?”
Pat, your eye just keeps getting better and better. But are you hiring models now to animate your shots? 🙂
haha, what could be more poignant than a madly in love couple posing in the ruins of a church that was reduced to rubble mere months after completion? 😉 Sure, they rebuilt a few times, but it was never meant to be.
Also, mentioned a couple times, but while our Canon 6D is in the shop we’ve been shooting solely with our new Sony RX100 VI and are about 95% satisfied with it as an everyday walking around shooter. Our Canon will most likely be relegated to staying on the boat most of the time while the Sony comes along with us on land. If anyone is interested: https://amzn.to/2MMsyxE

Thanks, Tim, but no Minnesota this year. We would have had fun on a seaplane had we come though!
